Refund Policy
Warranty
All the TP products enjoy 1-year warranty, 3-year Break & Chip Resistant Guarantee. TP will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 1-year of receipt of items.
Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect TP to process your warranty claim within 7 days.
Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
Replacement
If you are not 100% satisfied with any Dinnerware Sets that you purchased from TP, you may get a replacement or refund in original condition within 30 days.
If there is any problem with products, please contact us with proof of purchase and a short explanation of the issue.
Send us an email at TPupmelamine@gmail.com explaining the problem and include the following information:
1. The reason Why you want to return the item, including photos or video of the problem
2. Your Order ID
3. Your name, address, e-mail address, and daytime phone number
Refunds
After comfirmation, We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at TPupmelamine@gmail.com and our customer service will help you deal with the exchanges.
